Letters from Kids

Hello my friend!

How is it in Islamabad ? It must be really cold since you're in the north of Pakistan , isn't it? I'm fine here in Bangalore . The weather here is magnificent! Sometimes it rains and sometimes it's humid, which makes the weather perfect! But now we've got to get down to business. I'm not writing to you for no reason. You obviously know about the enmity between our countries. Okay, we won't call it enmity, we'll call it a “difference of opinions”. Anyway, this has to stop!!!

One thing I know is that this “difference of opinion” is getting really intense because of on thing… cricket. See, we both know that cricket is a fun sport and it should not be connected to politics. So, what I was thinking was we could try and convince our own countries to stop fighting. I'm not pushing you, but I think we should do it for the sake of both your country and mine!!!! It's all up to us!!!

Yours truly,

Aditya
